With Healthy Harness™, parents can say goodbye to boring, basic, bacteria-grabbing high chair harnesses, and replace them with an alternative that is super easy-to-clean, soft on babies’ skin and stylish. They are compatible with all major highchair brands and compliant with Australian safety standards.

We built the brand.

At its core, the Healthy Harness™ is designed to minimise bacteria exposure for bubs and make cleaning easier for busy parents. We designed the logo as an ‘H’, stylised to resemble a clip or fastening mechanism and emphasise safety. We opted for colours that were gender neutral, fresh and vibrant, and typefaces that were slightly rounded, as a subtle nod to the softened edges that keep little ones safe.

Healthy Harness™ is designed for the modern parent – well informed, well connected, function and style-conscious and leading a busy, balanced life. The brand’s social media strategy is UGC-led, relying on micro-influencers to test, review and share the brand with friends and family. The brand’s search strategy is affiliate-led, relying on the internet’s largest online retailers to drive new product views, engagement and customers.

We commercialised the business.

An important part of the Healthy Harness™ go-to-market strategy was to make sales available worldwide and build multiple ecommerce sales channels. We started by designing a fast, mobile-first website that supported automatic international currency conversion, auto-calculated international shipping and allowed a range of secure payment options: Visa, MasterCard, ApplePay, GooglePay and PayPal.

Next, we’ll launch the Healthy Harness™ on Amazon and eBay online marketplaces, strengthening discoverability and supporting the launch with social media advertising, influencer campaigns and partnerships.

Healthy Harness™ was launched in November, 2022, to take advantage of the Christmas sales potential in 2022.
