How we’ll work together
Discovery | Every new project starts with a discovery meeting. This is a chance for us to get together to discuss goals, resources, timeframes, ideas and budgets. At the end of our discovery meeting, we’ll have a clear vision of what we’re going to deliver, and what you can expect to see next.
Quote | Next, we’ll provide an itemised quote, including the details of your campaign and other important considerations. Once accepted, we’ll be ready to get started.
Design | During the design phase, we’ll share mock ups of how your marketing will look. This is a collaborative process and we’ll be seeking feedback from you at every stage, so we can make sure the end result is exactly as you imagined it.
Delivery | This is often the most exciting part! Everything we’ve worked so hard on together is completed and shared – all yours forever and ever – including training and instructions where needed. Then, we’re back on stand-by and waiting to hear how we can help you next.
Things you can count on
Below are a few things you can always count on when you work with me:
- Guaranteed price – once you have a quote it will never change, so you can have piece of mind that the project you‘ve budgeted for is exactly what will be delivered
- Forever support – I believe in helping wherever I can, but building things in a way (and providing training) so you never have to rely on me. This way, you have everything you need, and you never have to pay an ongoing cost. Of course if you do forget things though or need a hand once in a while, I’m only a phone call away
- You own everything – some consultants structure things in a way that makes it very hard to separate from them if you don’t want to use them anymore. When you come onboard with me, absolutely everything that is yours is yours. Access to all website and design files, business card and letterhead designs, access to printing contacts etc.
- Access to your own Project Management tool – this is a place for us to upload mock ups, share ideas, give feedback and keep you always in the loop about what’s finished and what’s coming up next
- Incremental billing – this means that your quotes are itemised – you can see what each component costs and pay for it as we go to help with budgeting. This also means that if for any reason you want to put the project on hold, change elements or postpone things, we have the flexibility to do that.
