Founded in 2012, Soho Property Group is a boutique real estate agency based in Sydney’s Lower North Shore. This year, the brand celebrates 10 years, serving the community with quality Sales, Leasing and Property Management.

Soho Property Group’s brand is designed to embody luxury, with a palette of moody hues of black, gold and blue, and complemented by stylish and modern font pairings. Together, we brought the brand to life – with brand design extending across business cards, brochures, web, email marketing, packaging, DL cards, property signage, SOLD stickers and more.

We reimagined appraisals.

A key component of any Sales Agent’s repertoire is the way they appraise properties. We transformed the standard real estate appraisal into an engaging interactive presentation, featuring property attributes, comparable properties, opinions of value, promotional strategy and USPs. The interactive presentation was accompanied by a beautifully packaged hard copy version for each client’s consideration. View on desktop for best results.

We launched a magazine.

Launched in 2012, SoHomes is an e-magazine distributed monthly to property owners and tenants in Sydney’s Lower North Shore. The magazine provides a monthly wrap up of the property the prices and the people with features on Sydney’s luxury homes, property styling, renovation, finance and property-related legislative developments.
